Goal #1 Increase member participation at the meeting

Plan of Action #1 - Promote the meeting in advance through announcements, posters, and social media
- Offer a fun theme or icebreaker activity to make new members feel welcome
- Encourage officers and returning members to personally invite others
Outcome Evaluated and Reported #1 - Attendance improved from the previous year's first meeting, and several new members signed up to be
involved in upcoming events

Goal #2 Introduce the chapter's fall calendar and opportunities

Plan of Action #2 - Present a clear overview of fall activities (like fundraisers, contests, and community service events)
- Hand out a calendar and use a slideshow to keep things visual and engaging
- Allow time for members to ask questions and sign up for events

Outcome Evaluated and Reported #2 - Members left the meeting informed and excited, with many committing to at least one fall activity

Goal #3 Build connections among new and returning members

Plan of Action #3 - Include a short team-building game or FFA trivia challenge
- Have officers lead small-group introductions or discussions
- Pair newer members with older ones as part of a "Greenhand Mentorship" kickoff

and participation in future meetings
